Labs On Track is an IT and Datacom Network Online Courses Platform for teaching, and connecting students to the skills they need to succeed.
What type of Courses at Labs On Track?
All courses are online recorded courses (on-demand courses).
Do I need to login/register to purchase a Course or Lab download?
Yes, Your account is the first step to get enrolled in Labs On Track courses and to be able to download Labs, you need to create a new account with a valid email address, or sign in with your valid account if you already created it before you proceed to purchase a Course or Lab download.
Is my account valid without confirming my email address?
No, upon registration, you must provide a valid email address, and a verification email will be sent to your valid email address, without confirming your email address, your account is invalid, and you cannot use your account to get enrolled in Courses, or purchase a Lab.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit, debit cards, Paypal is available as well.
Is the payment process secured?

When does the Course Start?
Upon successful checkout, you will instantly be enrolled to the purchased Course, you can start your course whenever it’s convenient for you, and you can learn at your own pace.
How long do I have access to the Course?
You have unlimited access to the purchased course for as long as you like and across all devices you own.
How to practise Labs included in the Course?
Every paid Course includes downloadable software, you will receive a confirmation email with these downloadable software to be able to build your own virtual labs and practise the Course.
Where can I download the Course material?
Course material are lab configuration files in .txt or .pdf format, and should be found at last lecture of every lab in Exercise file section under lab video lecture.
Will I receive a certificate for my Course Completion?
At this time, we manually release Course certification, after you completed the course, Course certificate will be send to your email address.
What are Labs in Hands-on Labs section?
Labs in Hands-on Labs section, are not online recorded courses, they are Step-by-Step configuration guide documents, explanation slides, and ready Lab exe files built with full configuration. Hands-on Labs can be found at https://labsontrack.com/shop/
When can I download a Lab after I purchase it?
Upon successful checkout, you will instantly receive a confirmation mail which includes downloadable links to Lab package.
How many times I can download Lab files?
Lab package downloadable links never expire, and can be downloaded twice.
